Terms of use

In short: Tamiz is free and indicative. The official source always prevails.

This is an English translation for convenience. The Spanish version prevails. Versión en español.

1. Owner and acceptance

Tamiz is a personal, free project run without profit, managed by its owner (“the owner”). By using Tamiz you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Service

The service is offered as it is and subject to availability. The owner may change it, suspend it or withdraw it at any time and without prior notice.

3. Indicative information

Tamiz was also made with the help of artificial intelligence. The information is indicative: always check the official source.

The results (“Looks like a match”, “Missing information”, “Not a match”) do not recognise any right and are not legal, tax or administrative advice. The decision always rests with the body that issues the call.

4. No warranties

The owner does not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate or up to date, or that the service will work without interruptions or errors.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of Tamiz or from being unable to use it, nor for the decisions you take on the basis of its results, including applications not submitted, submitted late or refused.

6. Permitted use

Tamiz is for personal use. Abusive automated access, overloading the service and using it for unlawful purposes are not allowed. Reuse of the code and data is governed by the licences in section 8.

7. Links to other websites

The job offers, the official sites and the other linked websites are the responsibility of their owners. Tamiz does not control them and is not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Licences

The code and the licences are published on GitHub. The full attributions are in Sources.

9. Changes

The owner may change these terms. The version published on this page, with its date, applies. If you keep using Tamiz after a change, you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
